These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://solyrahummingbird.com (the "Site") and the purchase of products offered by Solyra® Hummingbird Chimes ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this Site is void where prohibited.

5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation Rights

Your placement of an order does not necessarily assure acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a credit to your original payment method.
